Apple Has a Battery Replacement Program for the iPhone 5

Is your iPhone 5 running out of battery very quickly and needing to be charged multiple times a day? If so, you might be able to get the battery replaced for free.

Apple has isolated the issue to a select set of iPhone 5s sold between September 2012 and January 2013. To check to see if you’re elibigle, go to this page on Apple’s website and enter your iPhone 5’s serial number. If your phone qualifies, you can go through your local Apple Store or Apple Technical Support, as well as any Apple Authorized Service Provider to get the battery replacement done.
