According to the NYPost, Apple has indeed signed a lease for store space inside the One World Trade Center shopping mall. This building is already iconic considering the tragic events that the new skyscraper will triumphantly tower over. One World Trade Center is an automatic landmark that will arguably be the most prime shopping real estate in the country, and Apple will be in the heart of it.
The real question is, what is Apple going to do with the space? And more importantly, what CAN they do with the space?
Over the past decade, Apple has utilized some epic architecture with their stores around the world. Considering the prominence of the the NYC 1WTC store, it’s expected they will put their best foot forward. Doors can swing open as early as March 2015 and we can’t wait to see what’s unveiled!
